Weights of less than 1kg will be sent via royal mail and charged at £4.60 Infinity Baits will not be responsible for deliveries if there is no one present at the time of delivery and all deliveries must be signed for.

Problems with your order |
The contents of your order should be checked immediately after delivery. Please telephone us straightaway if there are any problems, make sure you either check the contents whilst carrier is present or sign unchecked. Identify any damaged boxes to the courier and insist that a note be made of any such damage on the docket before the courier leaves. |
Returns Policy |
If goods are faulty or have been sent to you in error we will refund the price paid in full and postage as long as the goods are returned in their original packaging, with the receipt and within 7 days of delivery. If for any reason you are unhappy with any of the goods received, you can return them along with proof of purchase to Infinity Baits for an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery.
We will not accept goods sent to us for refund or exchange which have not been originally purchased from us. Any refunds will be made by the same method used to pay for the item. You shall be responsible for the cost of returning goods for refund or exchange, except in cases of faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied goods. This does not affect your statutory rights. |
